Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 40 of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 (Central Act No.14 of 1947), the Governor of Haryana hereby adds to the first schedule to the said Act, the following industry, namely:-

"29 Information Technology and Software Establishments"
